Do not use email for urgent care

Email is not monitored for emergencies and cannot arrange care, answer a symptom question, or make a coverage decision. Call 911 or the local emergency number for a possible emergency. For a current provider detail, contact the facility; for coverage, contact the insurer.

Advertising and privacy questions

Send enough detail, but not sensitive records

For a site correction, include the public page address, the sentence or link you are reporting, and an official source or explanation that supports the request. For an accessibility or translation concern, describe the page, device or language, and what made the content difficult to use. This gives the editorial team a reproducible issue to review without asking you to disclose a diagnosis, claim account, payment card, or medical record.

Email is a general site-contact channel, not a secure health, billing, or emergency service. Do not send passwords, full insurance identifiers, photos of medical documents, dates of birth, or other sensitive personal information. If a message concerns a facility’s current operations, an insurer’s benefit, or a government program, contact that organization directly as well; CareFinder cannot access or change its records.
