A clinic's staffing, equipment, ages served, and hours can change, so confirm directly before a non-emergency visit.

Travel and insurance information

In a possible emergency, seek emergency help first rather than delaying care to search for a network. EMTALA addresses emergency screening and stabilizing care at participating hospital emergency departments; it does not promise free care, an in-network rate, or a particular bill. For many private plans, the federal No Surprises Act may limit certain emergency balance bills, but eligibility depends on the plan and claim. Ground ambulance bills generally are not covered by that federal law.

Before planned or non-emergency care, use the member-services number on your insurance card and confirm the exact facility, clinician, service, and location. A directory listing is not a coverage determination.
